Recently I have updated to the Creators Update of Windows 10 Pro 64 bit, but I experience frequent BSOD. Mostly they appear during shut down causing a new start. Sometimes they appear while using the system. Searching the web I find that the Intel Management Engine Interface doesn't start (see attachment). I have not succeeded in finding a working driver. Maybe the problem lies elsewhere. Specs of my system are at http://speccy.piriform.com/results/azImsg6YEivHxJlsR4MNp58
I cannot roll back to the previous version of Windows since more than 10 days have gone by.
What can I do?
Regards,
Sander
After version 10.1.1.13, some drivers are wrong drver date with 1/1/1970, and So farnotsolved, at version 10.1.1.42, all of them are worng driver date,What the hellwhat the heck!!!!

Hello,
We am working to make Intel Server Motherboard produced by OEM vendor to be tested under Linux in PD Line and encountering one problem to support Intel Management Engine basic function testing on it as current IPMI tool is only able to read ME revision only without function testing.
The chipset is C612.
May I know if there is a similar test software available for Intel ME?
Thanks in advance,
Sam
I am trying to update the Intel drivers on my computer. The Intel Driver Updater Utility 2.7.2 says to update the generic drivers for the Chipset. When I do this, I receive "Unknown error." and cannot continue. Please see the attachments for system information and error logs. I also manually downloaded the Chipset 10.1.1.42 and had the same result.
THANK YOU in advance.
Hi, everyone!
I my home lab I've got few PC with mainboards with z77, p67, x58 chipsets.
On half of them RST RAID1 is installed and on other half is OS software RAID1 and RAID0.
My main development PC has 2 "WD black" with 2 partitions each. Half of these HDD is in RAID0, others is in RAID1. All RAID's is software. And with this configuration i've encoured with some nonrecovered OS freezes (Graphic driver error) with the only solution to hardware reset the PC. After such a reset RAID1 is in inconsistent state and RAID0 is OK. I really don't understand this behaviour, but the question is What should I expect from hardware reset of the system, based on RST? Would it broke RST RAID1 and RST RAID0 or they could be break only in some special cases?
It's really weired but true - and I'm not alone.
When I listen e.g. to
https://soundcloud.com/pierreghiringhelli/blondie-heart-of-glass-oliver
and moving the mouse around, hover links, etc. I have audio drop outs and crackles on my professional external USB 3.0 Apollo Twin USB (not on the on-board Audio).
Although I've tried all other things (power management, etc.) nothing helped to avoid the problem.
I've searched around and found this very interesting problem - near the same hardware as I'm using:
https://superuser.com/questions/1137033/usb-lag-when-mouse-cursor-changes
I've enabled Mouse Properties / Pointer Options / Display Pointer Trails (long) (which I normally don't want of course) on the MS default mouse driver ...
AND REALLY: NO AUDIO DROP OUTS ANYMORE !!! This is really weired !!!
I'm reporting this on Intel Chipset (hopefully correct with USB) because the other user said it's happen with Intel USB and he is using an i7-6900K which has no graphics processor built-in.
My System Info:
- OS: Windows 10 Pro, 64bit, Version 1607, 14393.1198
- Motherboard: Asus Maximus IX Hero (latest BIOS 0906)
- CPU: Intel i7-7700, 3.6 GHz
- Mouse: Wireless Logitech Performance Mouse
(MS default mouse driver 10.0.14393.0)
- Keyboard: Wireless Logitech Keyboard K800
(mouse+keyboard connected on one USB 2.0 front on Chieftec Dragon)
- External Sound: Apollo Twin USB 3.0 (Driver 9.1 & 9.2)
(connected on one back USB 3.0 on Asus MB)
- Intel Graphics 630 (Driver 21.20.16.4627)
As the other user on superuser.com wrote:
"I can’t really comprehend why this happening, how could such “cosmetic” option affect all the USB devices in the system? I’ve set the trail distance to be as short, as possible, but it’s still noticeable and quite distracting, so I’m looking for a way to fix the issue without enabling the trails."
I don't noticed other USB devices problems until yet and I've to try the "short" setting with "Display Pointer Trails" for the next days.
Personally I think it's a "deeper" problem and top level support of Intel and Microsoft and maybe Asus could identify the problem together?
I'm ready and open for tests and more required info of course.
Hello
I am from Volvo cars Gothenburg, Sweden.
We are planning to use IDT PMIC P91E0A for Intel Apollo lake.
But this is not in the recommended list of the Apollo Lake 558228_APL_PAG_Rev1p4.
Is there any specific parameter list we need to check while considering the PMIC?
IDT P91E0A PMIC is recommended to use with Apollo Lake?
Please confirm.
Thanks in Advance

Buenas noches.
Driver Intel RST version 15.5.0.1051 (ultima version)
Windows 10 Creators Edition (15063.296)
Muchas gracias!
Atentos saludos.
I need to read and write to an I2C eeprom.
I am using Windows 10 Enterprise, and I see Intel driver = iaLPS22i_i2c.sys is loaded.
I need IOCTL's and data structures for the IOCTL's, typically found in a C/C++ header file (.h).
The Z97 Chipset specs say the chipset doesn't support VT-d. I have the Z97 Gaming 5 with Intel Z97 Express Chipset running with VT-d.
Is this a different chipset? Is the spec sheet wrong? Is there a spec sheet elsewhere? What am I missing here?
I have been tasked with rebuilding a handful of old(ish) Dell E6330 laptops. All with the same hardware specs, 7 series/C216 chipset family. I am losing sleep over this and could really use a fresh perspective.
I am starting from a base Win 7 64 bit OS, provided by Dell. I have been able to update all of the drivers including BIOS except the "Intel 3.0 extensible host controller" whenever i try to install it, it gives me the BSOD just after installation.
When i go into device manager, it shows installed, but none of the usb 3.0 ports work (which is all of them). However, when i hook the laptop up to a docking station, i can get the 2.0 ports to work, so i have a work around.
I noticed that after i get the BSOD, under "Universal Serial Bus Controllers" in device manager, there is a Unknown Device listed in there. Though there is no yellow exclamation identifying there is something wrong, when i open it, it says "No drivers are installed for this device" when i select update driver it says the best driver software for your device is already installed (Intel R USB 3.0 Root Hub).
Any help is appreciated!
I've bought AzRock DeskMini 110 Barebone PC which includes AsRock H110M-STX mainboard. with Intel i7-7700T and Samsung DDR4 8GBx2 RAM. Operating system is Windows 10 64bit.
When I went to AsRock homepage(ASRock Support ) and searched for drivers. I found out that there are only old versions like below.
* INF Driver : v10.1.1.13
* Intel VGA Driver : v21.20.16.4542
* Intel Lan Driver : v20.2
* Intel Management Engine Driver : 11.6.0.1126
I inquired AsRock distributor about this. and They said it is good to download newer versions from Intel homepage. They said that the old versions on AsRock homepage is just for basic or initial installation only.
So, I've come here Intel's homepage and tried to find updated drivers. I found three of them. updated drivers...
* INF Driver : v10.1.1.42
* Intel VGA Driver : v21.20.16.4664 (The download page shows this as v15.45.16.4664 but the installation window shows as 21.20.16.4664. I have no idea why the version notation on the download page differs from the installation window)
* Intel Lan Driver : v22.3
But I couldn't find a proper driver for Intel Management Engine for my PC.
How or Where can I find a latest driver for Intel Management Engine?
Thanks in advance

Hi
I am Pradeep from Volvo, Sweden.
We are using Intel Apollo lake + Micron LPDDR4 in one of our design.
I would like to know if Intel has any used case/ proof of application for Suspend to RAM functionality for Apollo lake, Micron LPDDR4 SDRAM, and some PMIC.
If so is it possible to give us some details, as we have NDA with Intel & Micron.
PS: We are using IDT PMIC P91E0A in this design, I have questions about this PMIC also about Suspend to RAM functionality.
check the below link for more details,
PMIC recommendations for Intel Apollo Lake SoC
Thanks in advance
